Smooth Sailing Starts Before You Even Walk In the Door
We know a trip to the dentist with kids can feel like herding fish. That’s why we’ve put together everything you need to know before your visit so you can walk in confident, prepared, and ready to make some waves. From what to bring to what to expect in the chair, we’ve got you covered from the first bubble to the last high-five.
Here are a few things you should know before your appointment.
Pre-appointment paperwork
We recommend filling out new patient paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete them online, please arrive 10 min before your scheduled appointment time. If you have any questions about your account, please contact us so we can help.

Kid-friendly doesn’t always mean schedule-friendly
Children can cry. Their magical, charming energy can turn into a meltdown at the drop of a hat. Because kids are inherently unpredictable, and because we prioritize care during the meltdowns, our schedule can get a little off sometimes. We’ve all been there, so we hope to build a community of support, understanding and patience. If you require a strict schedule, we recommend coming in first thing in the morning or directly after lunch.
Scheduling for children 6 & under
We schedule children 6 & under for morning appointments only. Over the years, we’ve realized that our younger patients do best early in the day. We want to set your little one up for a lifetime of successful, stress-free visits.
Complementary exam for children 2 & under
Because we strongly believe in the value of early dental exams, we offer new patient dental exams and six-month checkups at no charge.
