Dental Assistant Team Member

Introduction to Bluefish Dental and Orthodontics

At Bluefish, we believe dentistry is about education, prevention, and relationships, not just procedures. We know that experienced assistants are often the steady presence that helps kids feel safe, parents feel informed, and help the clinical day flow smoothly. If you are someone who loves mentoring, problem-solving, and being a trusted clinical leader, you’ll feel right at home here.

As an experienced Dental Assistant at Bluefish, you are a key part of both patient care and team culture. You’ll work closely with our dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists to deliver thoughtful, efficient, high-quality care—while also helping guide newer team members and contributing to continuous improvement.

You’ll help shape the patient experience from the moment a child walks through the door to the moment they leave smiling.
